An Introduction to the Music and Worship Ministry at Village It is the desire of the Music and Worship Ministry at Village Baptist Church to exalt the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe and know from experience that when the Lord is lifted up he does draw all men to Him. If you are a local or visiting our area we invite you to worship with us as we lift up the name of our Lord.
The Village Choir
What an exciting area of ministry! The Village Choir is a group of people who really have a heart to praise the Lord. Every week as we gather for rehearsal we sense the presence of the Lord while we worship the Lord in song. Rehearsal is not just a time to learn new songs; we pray for one another and call upon the Lord to do great things during Sunday morning worship.
If you have a desire to use your voice in praise to the Lord and a desire to lead the church in worship, we invite you to come join the Village Choir.

Kid’s Choir
"From the lips of children and infants you have ordained praise because of your enemies, to silence the foe and the avenger." Psalm 8:2
At Village we want to encourage children to lift their voices to the King because we believe there is power in their praise. We want to sew into their lives a desire to use their musical talents for the exaltation of Christ in hopes that when they are older worship will still be a thriving part of their lives.
Our Children’s Choir ministry consists of a summer choir camp in conjunction with our summer Tuesday-Thursday program. The children accomplish the giant task of learning and performing a full musical for their family and friends to enjoy. We also have a children's choir program in the fall and spring that provide additional opportunities to learn and perform musicals. This is a wonderful tool in helping children discover their musical giftings.
