2008 Mission Trip Opportunities
New Orleans, LA
March 30-April 4 (Dates tentative)
Student Spring Break Mission Trip: Students will be on mission in New Orleans helping with much needed Katrina Relief efforts.
Wales
June 29-July 9
The Village choir will return to Pontypool, Wales for the third summer. The Village Choir will partner with Upper Trosnant Baptist Church in reaching the youth and children of their community.
Balkan Region, Macedonia
Dates TBA
Village will be working with IMB missionaries in a critical area where the gospel cannot be overt and evangelism is the first priority. The mission could involve traveling to villages to minister through human needs projects, the Jesus Film and ministering to children along the way.
Spain/North Africa
July 25-August 5
Village will return to the coastal region of Spain to pass out Christian literature to North African Muslims who have immigrated to Europe. The team will be dispersed along highway exits to offer free literature packets to numerous North Africans returning home to visit family.
North Africa
November 5-15
Village has adopted one of the largest unreached people groups in the world and is working with IMB missionary teams in reaching this group for Christ. In the spring and fall, our teams will prayer walk throughout the region and assist with childcare while the missionaries attend meetings.
