The Daniel Plan
A healthy lifestyle program founded on biblical principles and focused on faith, food, fitness, focus and friends.
This 7 week class is designed to help you achieve a healthy lifestyle. Classes will begin on Monday, August 31 from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. in Room 2207. There will be a short video and discussion on the positive choices we need to make for a healthier lifestyle. The Daniel Plan book and workbook are $30. If you already have the materials, there is no charge for the class.
Church Family and Friends First
The Food Pantry and Clothes Closet are open to assist Village family and friends in need. Both departments are open on Wednesdays and Thursdays only, from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. in Building 8. Confidentiality is enforced to guarantee a comfortable experience!
Food Pantry Current Needs: canned fruits, canned vegetables, baby diapers, and other baby items and products.
Clothes Closet Needs For Back-To-School: Gently used clothes in the following sizes: children’s 5 – 16; Jr. girls 1– 13; Jr. boys 4-14; and young men’s small-medium. Soon, winter coats and jackets in all sizes will be needed, too. Adult clothing in all sizes are needed, as well. Bring all donations to the missions table in the church lobby on Sundays or the church office Monday – Thursday.

On Sunday mornings at the Hang-out, grades 7-12 hang out together and engage in Bible study and prayer. Pastor Sean leads the Bible study, which engages the students and culture with the Word of God.
Midweek, Salt Light’s Wednesday Bible study is a time for students to play games, pray for each other, and learn about the gospel.Taking place from 6:00 p.m. -8:00 p.m. in the Hangout, this time coincides with Awana, adult Bible studies, and choir. Students in grades 6-12 are welcome to join!
