Russian-speaking church services are held on Mondays at 6:00 p.m. in the Student Center.
The Village Baptist Church Prayer Warriors are an intercessory prayer group whose mission is to bring forth great moves of God and to build up His Kingdom. They continually and fervently pray for our Pastors, ministerial staff, congregation, church ministries, our community and the world, the unsaved, and the furtherance of the gospel of Christ.
“for I know that through your prayers and God’s provision of the Spirit of Jesus Christ what has happened to me will turn out for my deliverance.”
Philippians 1:19 (NIV)
LOVE GOD • BE REAL • BRING HOPE
Because of the decaying moral fiber of our nation, we have lost a generation of children. We must return to God in prayer to bring us back into His presence and experience His power and healing.
Since July 30 until December 17, prayer meetings are held every Wednesday in the Worship Center from 6:00 p.m. – 6:45 p.m. The expectations of the prayer meetings are that God reveals Himself to us and transformation takes place in our personal lives, the church, and the world we live in. We expect to be strengthened in our walk with the Lord and gain power to resist temptation.
Please join us for this 21 weeks of Extraordinary Prayer–it’s the most powerful thing we can do for ourselves and for one another.
“I also tell you this: If two of you agree here on earth concerning anything you ask, my Father in heaven will do it for you. For where two or three gather together as my followers, I am there among them.” –Matthew 18:19-20 (NLT)
Wednesdays 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Sundays 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Being separated or divorced can be a lonely, stressful, depressing time. But there’s hope, so don’t go through this time alone. DIVORCE CARE meetings are Wednesdays in Room 2209 at 6:00 p.m. Each session is self-contained with videos and group discussions. Please join us January 15, 2014 as we begin classes after the holiday break. Have a blessed Christmas and a Happy New Year!
